By accessing and using the Kyro Forge website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Kyro Forge provides interactive experience development services including game development, interactive advertising, and creative production. Specific terms for each project are outlined in individual agreements.
All content, designs, and work product created by Kyro Forge remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
We respect the confidentiality of our clients' business information and agree not to disclose any confidential information without prior written consent.
Kyro Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees.
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
