WEBGL & GPU MEMORY ISOLATION
All real-time 3D, WebGL 2.0, WebGPU compute shaders, and spatial computing environments run strictly in your client device's GPU memory.
- ▸Vertex buffers, texture memory, and shader computations are isolated to the local browser tab context.
- ▸GPU context is completely de-allocated and garbage-collected upon session termination or page exit.
- ▸No spatial sensor data, eye-tracking vectors, or hand-tracking coordinates are ever stored or transmitted to external servers.

LOCAL STORAGE & PERFORMANCE CACHE
We utilize client-side localStorage exclusively for operational UX state (device capability tier, audio mute state, command palette cache).
- ▸Saved preferences reside entirely on your device and are never synchronized with external tracking databases.
- ▸You can inspect or purge all stored tokens at any time via your browser's Developer Tools (Storage > Local Storage).

PROJECT INTAKE & TRANSMISSION SECURITY
When submitting project specifications or scoping inquiries via the Forge Intake Terminal, your data is protected with modern cryptographic standards.
- ▸All transmissions are secured via TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy.
- ▸Intake details (name, corporate email, architecture brief, timeline) are routed solely to our engineering leads in Coimbatore, India.
- ▸We do not sell, rent, license, or barter your contact information with external agencies or marketing aggregators.

INTERNATIONAL REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
We adhere to global privacy frameworks, providing uniform rights regardless of your geographical jurisdiction.
- ▸European Union (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, export, and erase all personal data under Articles 15–20.
- ▸California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California Civil Code § 1798.140.
- ▸India (DPDPA 2023): Fully compliant with data fiduciary mandates under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
